Intro
Perched on a serene hillside with canyon views, this fresh-build Encinitas residence was designed as a comfortable yet sophisticated family home for a busy single father and his growing children. Across six to eight months, the Nativa Interiors team led a full interior design transformation from scratch from materials and finishes to complete furnishings and custom pieces.
The home features spacious rooms, abundant natural light, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces that emphasize comfort, warmth, and livability. Working closely with the architects, the design balances elegant modernity with a family-friendly layout ideal for everyday living and weekend entertainment.
Key luxury brands featured in the project include Terracea, Gamma, Bernhardt, and custom Nativa Interiors dining chairs, offering a curated mix of premium craftsmanship throughout the home.
